About Mark

Since graduating from law school, Mark Nelson has practiced at the home of Malone & Nelson, and focused on corporate and business law, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, litigation and real estate.

 

Mark Nelson was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, graduated from Central High School, and attended the University of Alabama, where he received both his B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.

 

He is married to the former Patricia Ellen Glenn of Adamsville, and they have three children (Amanda, Abby, and Ashley). Mark and his family are active in mission trips with the First Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa.
